Gaynor Jones has a passion for food and how it impacts on our lives. She
believes eating for health can be fun, easy and inexpensive.
Learning basic cookery skills is one of the fundamental life skills and her
company Tastebuddies is designed to help build knowledge, skills, health and
confidence.
Gaynor is a freelance Home Economist – highly experienced and qualified in both
teaching and health promotion. She has 25 years teaching experience in the
subject in secondary schools and adult education.
Tastebuddies can plan and implement food and health related courses for
individuals, organisations and community groups of all ages and abilities.
Current client groups involve working with a wide variety of ages from "one off"
demonstrations to a series of "hands on" practical sessions and training.
Courses are planned around the needs and profile of the group.
